We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated arrival time. Please ensure someone is available at the scheduled location during your appointment window.
  • Drop-Off Services: You may drop off items for sharpening at our location, 1407 Meadow Dr, Molalla, OR 97038. No appointment is necessary for drop-off services, but please contact us for estimated turnaround times.
  • Mail-In Services: Customers using mail-in services are responsible for securely packaging and shipping items to our address. We recommend tracking and insuring your package to ensure safe delivery. Mr. Sharpening LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Once received, we will notify you and begin the sharpening process.

2. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All service prices are listed on our website or will be provided to you during the scheduling process. Prices may vary depending on the type and condition of the items to be sharpened.
  • Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the service. For on-location services, payment can be made via cash, credit card, or mobile payment at the time of service. For drop-off or mail-in services, payment is required when you pick up or when we return your items.
  • Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain services or larger orders, which will be communicated to you in advance.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • On-Location Services: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this window may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
  • No-Show Policy: For on-location services, if we arrive for your appointment and you are not present or unavailable, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee.

4. Turnaround Times

  • On-Location Services: Sharpening is completed during the appointment, and items will be ready for use immediately after the service.
  • Drop-Off Services: We strive to offer fast turnaround times, typically same-day or next-day service. We will inform you of the estimated completion time when you drop off your items.
  • Mail-In Services: Once we receive your items, sharpening will be completed within 1-3 business days, depending on the number of items. Items will be returned to you via mail, with shipping times depending on your location.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

At Mr. Sharpening LLC, we are committed to providing the highest quality sharpening services. If you are not satisfied with the results of our sharpening, please contact us within 7 days of service. We will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include re-sharpening the items at no additional charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mr. Sharpening LLC is not liable for any damages that occur to items during transit (mail-in services) or any damages resulting from the misuse of sharpened tools or instruments. We take the utmost care in handling your items, but we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the items or for any issues arising from improper use after sharpening.
